We recently had our new home built through Zenergy and very happy with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final handover, they provided outstanding service and guidance. This was our 3rd home that we have built in Australia through different builders, some of which were with bigger 'project' builders however Zenergy stood out who made our building experience so much smoother.

They might be a smaller team but their knowledge and expertise is great, were always available to answer our questions, their guidance and support made the entire building process much smoother and less stressful.

We were quite impressed by their personalised service, from discussing our initial requirements to finalising the drawings, selecting a builder from a suite of builders and progressing to the pre-start, we received dedicated attention.

We compared prices with the other builders but with the amount of inclusions / quality fittings that we received, we got a amazing value for money. It's not simple to compare different builders just by looking at their plans but when we compared Zenergy's standard inclusions they were far more comprehensive than other builders. Our pre-start variation was such a small amount, almost of the order of what other builders charge you as their 'variation fee'. Most other builders would upsell upgrades later as variations but we didn't have any such issues.

While our house was being built we saw many other builders were charging price increases due to market conditions but we were lucky, we had no price increases or hidden costs, it was quite transparent, infact we got our Kitchen Island upgraded due to govt banning certain engineered stones due to silica content. The team also guided us on excluding certain inclusions during construction and completing them later to save some costs which was great

The speed of construction was good. Our slab was poured in Mar and achieved Practical Completion in Nov, which was impressive considering the current market.
